Affordable Housing Incentives
The City of Saskatoon offers incentives to support the development of affordable housing throughout the community.
Established Neighbourhoods Incentive
The Established Neighbourhood Incentive supports infill development in established neighbourhoods and commercial development in the City Centre. Eligible property owners may receive a property tax abatement or, in some cases, a one-time grant after their project is complete.
