Acadia Drive primary water main project approaching completion
The City of Saskatoon is advising residents that construction on the Acadia Drive primary water main upgrade project is taking longer than anticipated and is now expected to be completed during the week of June 16, barring weather delays and unforeseen circumstances.
The water main upgrade has been successfully completed and residents are no longer experiencing reduced water pressure related to the project. Remaining work consists of roadway restoration and paving in the construction area.
Construction continues daily between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., with weekend work possible. Residents in the area of Acadia Drive and Taylor Street can continue to expect construction-related noise, dust and vibration.
The City thanks residents for their patience and cooperation while this important work is completed.
