Any person who has been a permanent resident of Saskatoon for at least one (1) year and whose total household income falls below the Statistics Canada Low-Income Cut-off (LICO) may apply for the Subsidized Spay and Neuter Program (SSNP). A household can apply for a maximum of two pets. For more information on SSNP, visit saskatoon.ca/ssnp.
