Notice of Intention to Amend Heritage Designation Bylaw
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of The Heritage Property Act, S.S. 1979-80, Chapter H-2.2 that the Council of the City of Saskatoon intends to amend Bylaw No.8352, The St. John's Anglican Cathedral Heritage Designation Bylaw, 2004.
The St. John's Anglican Cathedral Heritage Designation Bylaw, 2004 designated as Municipal Heritage Property, the property located at 816 Spadina Crescent East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and legally described as follows:

Certificate of Title OOSA03646
The Council of the City of Saskatoon intends to amend the Bylaw to change the legal land description to reflect a subdivision of the property such that the Bylaw refers only to the parcel containing the St. John's Anglican Cathedral heritage building following subdivision.
The reason for the proposed amendment is that the land referred to in the Bylaw is to be subdivided such that only one of the resulting parcels will contain the St. John's Anglican Cathedral heritage building.
And take notice that the amendment will be considered at a meeting of the Council to be held on Wednesday, the 25th day of February 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed amendment must serve on the said Council a Notice of Objection, in writing, stating the reason for the objection and all relevant facts, delivering the same to and leaving the same with the City Clerk at City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, on or before the 23rd day of February 2026.
