Proposed Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan Amendment
City Council will consider amendments to the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan proposed by Victory Majors Investments Corporation. The amendments include the following:
- Remove the buffer strip along the northeast neighbourhood boundary;
- Amend the neighbourhood boundary by removing land east of Range Road 3044. These lands are identified on the current approved Concept Plan as Urban Holding Area and Future Interchange;
- Reconfigure the road network and sites to accommodate removal of the buffer strip and amended neighbourhood boundary;
- Municipal reserve area and configuration are adjusted based on the amended neighbourhood boundary;
- Change of land use to add two Low/Medium Density Multi-Unit sites and additional pre-designated residential care home sites to the amendment area;
- Provide for future connection to potential development north of Aspen Ridge through a linear park and future roadway extensions on the northeast boundary of the amendment area; and
- Updates to the Concept Plan statistics.

REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The proposed amendments are being pursued to incorporate the confirmed Saskatoon Freeway alignment and revise the easterly boundary of the neighbourhood to accommodate the next phases of subdivision and development in the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood.

PUBLIC HEARING - City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting of City Council on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to City Council at the Public Hearing.
