Proposed Official Community Plan Land Use Map Amendment – Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood
City Council will consider an amendment to Bylaw No. 9700, The Official Community Plan, proposed by Victory Majors Investments Corporation. By way of Bylaw No. 10182, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No.6), the sites on the eastern edge of the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood will be redesignated from ‘Residential’ to ‘Urban Holding’ and ‘Urban Holding’ to ‘Residential’ on the Official Community Plan Land Use Map.

- Portion of LSD 4-16-37-04-W3rd.
REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The amendment is proposed to align the ‘Residential’ and ‘Urban Holding’ land use designations with the changes to the neighbourhood boundary which is part of amendments to the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting of City Council on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to City Council at the Public Hearing.
