Proposed Rezoning – Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood
City Council will consider an amendment to Bylaw No. 9990, Zoning Bylaw, proposed by Victory Majors Investments Corporation to rezone land in the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood. By way of Bylaw No. 10183, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 14), the subject sites will be rezoned from FUD – Future Urban Development District to R1B - Low Density Residential District 1B and R2 - Low Density Residential District 2.

- Portion of SE 17-37-04-W3rd and shown on the Plan of Proposed Subdivision from Catterall & Wright dated March 17, 2026.
REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The amendments will provide for the redevelopment of the sites in line with the proposed amendments to the Aspen Ridge Neighbourhood Concept Plan.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting of City Council on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to City Council at the Public Hearing.
