First arriving Engine company observed heavy smoke conditions at a large commercial structure.

Action(s) Taken:
  • 2 Alarm Fire - 4 Engine companies, 2 Ladder companies, a Heavy Rescue unit and Battalion Chief responded to structure fire.
  • SFD crews advanced multiple large diameter hose lines to attack fire.
  • SFD crews performed forcible entry to make entry into structure to fight fire.

  • Saskatoon Police shut down 4 blocks of Circle Drive to ensure firefighter safety during operation.

  • The fire has been brought under control.
  • There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
