Bylaw 10189 - The Corporate Investment Policy Bylaw, 2026

The purpose of this Bylaw is to adopt the City’s Corporate Investment Policy in accordance with section 132 of The Cities Act.
The following are adopted as per this bylaw.
(a) Council Policy No. C12-002, Investment Committee;
(b) Council Policy No. C12-003, Securities Handling;
(c) Council Policy No. C12-009, Portfolio Management.
