Bylaw 9815 - The Business Improvement Districts Levy Bylaw, 2022

The purpose of this Bylaw is to authorize a levy to be paid by the operators of businesses within the various business improvement districts at a uniform rate sufficient to raise the amount required in 2022 for the proposed expenditures of the respective business improvement districts as shown in their approved 2022 revenue and expenditure estimates.
