The subject site is located on the corner of 108th St W and Egbert Ave. It is currently designated as Low Density Residential in the Official Community Plan map. The applicant is proposing to redesignate the land as Medium Density Residential to align with the proposed rezoning.
The subject site is currently zoned R2 – Low Density Residential District 2. The R2 district provides for residential development in the form of one -to four units dwellings as well a related community uses. The applicant is proposing to rezone the site to RM3 – Medium Density Multiple Unit Dwelling District. The RM3 district provides for a variety of residential developments in a medium density form as well as related community uses.
