Every four years, the City of Saskatoon creates a Strategic Plan that sets clear direction and priorities for City Council and Administration. This plan is designed to guide decisions and actions that improve the daily lives of residents, workers, students, and visitors in Saskatoon.
The 2026-2029 Strategic Plan works alongside the Official Community Plan, Multi-Year Business Plan, and the City’s budget. Together, these documents form a unified framework that balances long-term visions with short-term actions, and fiscal responsibility while delivering meaningful results.
The City is now inviting the public to review the draft 2026-2029 Strategic Plan and share their feedback. Your insights will help shape the final version that truly reflects the needs and aspirations of Saskatoon’s community. We invite you to share your thoughts on what the plan means for you and how it can best support a thriving, inclusive, and sustainable Saskatoon.
