Proposed Amendment to Hampton Village Business Park Concept Plan
Kahkewistahaw Economic Management Corporation has submitted an application to amend The Hampton Village Business Park Concept Plan. This information is being provided for review and comment. The application primarily affects future land uses in the eastern portion of the plan, as well as the reconfiguration of several roadways. The amendments also affect servicing and surface drainage, which result in changes to storm pond design and the layout of future municipal reserve dedication for parks & open space. Figure 1 below, depicts the current Land Use Plan for the Hampton Village Business Park Concept Plan, followed by an overview of the amendment and proposed Land Use Plan.

Overview of the Proposed Amendments:
- Change of Land Use:
a) Approx. 4.4 ha. (10.8 ac.) revised from Business Park to Light Industrial.
b) Approx. 0.3 ha. (0.7 ac.) of land use revised from Municipal Reserve to Utility.
2) Roadway Network:
a) Additional road connecting kihew Crescent to Claypool Drive.
b) Removal of a portion of road within business park and reconfiguration of kihew Crescent.
c) Gallagher Street realignment (shifted south).
3) Storm Water Management:
a) Revised design of south storm water management facility.
b) Additional storm water management facility located in the north-east corner.
4) Municipal Reserve Dedication:
a) Reconfiguration of Municipal Reserve.
