CELP is being designed to assist commercial and multi-unit residential property owners in Saskatoon by enhancing energy efficiency, installing renewable energy systems, and reducing water consumption via low-interest loans to finance these improvements.
The purpose of this project is to update the Contractor Environmental Guidelines and explore the creation of standards for erosion and sediment control.
