HELP Application Funding Requests

The Funding Request Form is part 2 of a 4-part application process.

Before submitting this form, make sure you have been assigned a HELP Reference number, and completed the following:  

  1. Completed an EnerGuide home energy evaluation with your chosen advisor;
  2. Decided on your home upgrades; and
  3. Collected quotes from contractors (if you are using contractors) for your planned upgrades.

The income requirement to qualify for a waived administration fee varies annually and is based on Statistics Canada’s Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO), plus 50% 2020 cut-offs are shown in the table below.
