HELP Initial Online Application

 Please note, applications received will be put on a waitlist.

Before applying for the program, ensure that you and your project meet the eligibility criteria and read the HELP Program Guide

The first step for Single-family home-owners who are interested in obtaining a HELP loan is to complete the application form below. This form includes information to determine eligibility for the program including:

  • Property is located within the city of Saskatoon
  • Property owner’s information
  • Contact information. Please fill out the contact information for all owners listed on the property (Name, Phone Number, and Email Address)
  • Type of project you are interested in completing

This is found on your paper Property Tax Notice. If you do not have a copy of your property tax notice you can call Corporate Revenue Customer Service at 306-975-2400. Please have your address and two pieces of ID on hand when you call.


Please look at the list of eligible projects 



Deferral Programs include Lead Line Replacement program, Seniors Property Tax Deferral program and Montgomery Residents Deferral program. Participation in another deferral program does not affect your eligibility for HELP.
