Login Support
As the City of Saskatoon transitions to the new MyProperty portal and a new sign-in system, you may need to use different login information/credentials depending on the service you're accessing.
What is Changing?
Starting in October 2026, the City of Saskatoon will launch MyProperty, a new online portal for property owners and utility account holders. This means that if you use MyProperty, as well as other City of Saskatoon online services, you will have two different sign-in methods.
The new login system used by MyProperty gives users a choice between receiving a verification code to their email address each time they log in OR using their existing Google or Apple accounts
For other City online services, such as Business Licenses, ePermitting and Right of Way Permits, please continue using your existing/current username and password unless the service tells you otherwise.
The two login systems are separate. A MyProperty login will not work for other City online services that still use a username and password.
How to recognize the sign-in screens
The MyProperty sign-in screen asks for an email address and offers options to sign in with Google or Apple. The existing sign-in screen for other City online services asks for a username and password.
Quick Guide
| Service | Which Login Should I Use? |

| Other City services that have not yet moved to the new sign-in system such as Business Licenses, ePermitting and Right of Way Permits | Existing/current login using username and password |
