4th Avenue between 19th and 20th streets to reopen tomorrow morning

4th Avenue between 19th Street and 20th Street is scheduled to reopen tomorrow morning at 7 a.m., following the completion of an underground water valve replacement.
Construction on 4th Avenue between 22nd Street and 23rd Street is also scheduled to be completed this evening.
