4th Avenue closed at 23rd Street starting Wednesday

4th Avenue will be closed at 23rd Street starting Wednesday, September 3, at 7:00 a.m. for water main maintenance. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the area. This project is expected to take two weeks to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
