Clarence Avenue and College Drive intersection reopens to traffic
The intersection of Clarence Avenue and College Drive has reopened for vehicle traffic, as well as all four lanes of College Drive between the University Bridge and Hospital Drive, following construction work in the area.
Drivers should continue to follow posted signage and use caution while travelling through the area, as construction remains ongoing nearby, and traffic restrictions with one lane of traffic in each direction are still in place between Hospital Drive and Cumberland Avenue.
The exit from the University Bridge to Saskatchewan Crescent remains closed.
University Drive between Elliott Street and College Drive remains closed.
Wiggins Road north into the University of Saskatchewan campus is accessible on a right-turn-in, right-turn-out basis. Left turns from College Drive onto Wiggins Road are not permitted. Wiggins Avenue south of College Drive is closed to vehicle traffic but will remain open to pedestrians and other active transportation. Pedestrians and cyclists can cross College Drive at Wiggins and use the available active transportation routes through the area.
Pedestrian access continues to be available on the south side of the University Bridge, while the north side remains closed.
Your patience has been appreciated as crews have worked to improve vital infrastructure that will continue to serve Saskatoon for years to come.
