Easier access ahead: new MyProperty service to bring City notices online this fall
The City of Saskatoon is preparing to launch MyProperty this fall.
MyProperty is a new secure online service for residents who prefer convenient digital access to their official City notices.
Once launched, MyProperty will allow residents to view, download and manage their property tax notice, assessment notice, utility billing and more online in one convenient location.
Residents will find their secure MyProperty access code printed on City of Saskatoon utility bills, their 2026 property tax notice, 2026 Assessment notices (including Supplementary, Amended) or in eBill utility billing notifications starting August 1.
People who want to use MyProperty will need to keep their access code to set up their MyProperty account when the service launches. Paper notices will continue for residents who prefer them. No action is required to continue receiving paper notices.
Important notice for current eBill customers: your service is changing this fall
This fall, My Utility Account will be replaced with MyProperty. If you receive utility bills through eBill, no action is needed right now.
- Once MyProperty launches, you will need to create a new MyProperty account to access detailed account information; however, you will continue receiving your account balance digitally until your MyProperty account setup is complete.
- Your secure MyProperty access code is included with eBill notifications starting in August 2026. Keep it handy. You will need it to create your MyProperty account.
Additional information about MyProperty will continue to be shared as we move closer to the fall launch.
