East-side residents asked to avoid outdoor water use until after June 1
East-side residents in impacted areas are strongly urged to avoid outdoor water use, including lawn watering and sprinkler systems, until water restrictions lift on June 1, 2026. Restrictions are in place due to the Acadia Drive primary water main project, which began on March 23, 2026.
Water service remains safe to consume and reliable throughout the work. Limiting outdoor water use is essential to help keep neighbourhood water pressure as steady as possible during construction.
