GEORGE WARD OUTDOOR POOL 50TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION ON SUNDAY, JULY 26, 2015
The City of Saskatoon invites the public to George Ward Outdoor Pool (1915 5th Street East) on Sunday, July 26, 2015, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to celebrate the facility’s 50th anniversary. The facility officially opened its doors to the public in July of 1965.
Come and sign a GIANT card, view the display of George Ward’s past, and meet the lifeguards and staff. There will be lifejacket fittings, games, swimming, and lots of family fun!

11 a.m. to 7 p.m.: Public Swim
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Duck Scavenger Hunt
Chalk Drawings
Giant Slip ‘n’ Slide
Lifejacket Fittings
3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Cake
4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Swim to Survive Challenge
Regular admission rates to the pool still apply.
