Link station construction starting Monday on Preston Avenue

Starting Monday, August 10, two Link stations will be constructed on the south side of Field House Road in the southbound and northbound curb lanes on Preston Avenue. Work will occur simultaneously on both sides of Preston Avenue and traffic lights may flash for short periods of time at the intersection. One lane will be open to general traffic in both northbound and southbound lanes during this work. Field House Road to Merlis Belsher Place and the Field House will remain open, but restrictions may occur due to traffic signal work.

Detour signs will be in place to guide motorists around the area. The City thanks everyone for their patience. This work is weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.
