Microsurfacing starting on Circle Drive S this weekend
Starting at 7 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, road restrictions for road microsurfacing will begin in the eastbound median and center lanes of Circle Drive S from the Gordie Howe Bridge to the Idylwyld Drive S southbound merges. Continuing at 7 a.m. on Sunday, August 30, work will continue in the eastbound curb and center lanes of Circle Drive S from the Gordie Howe Bridge to the Idylwyld Drive S southbound merges. This closure includes the Lorne Avenue off ramp from Circle Drive S. One lane will be open for general traffic during this work.
Detour signs will be in place to guide motorists around the area. The City thanks everyone for their patience. These restrictions are expected to take two days from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.
