New traffic signals to be activated at Preston Avenue and Wilson Crescent Friday

New traffic signals at the intersection of Preston Avenue and Wilson Crescent are scheduled to be activated on Friday, October 30. The signals have been installed to improve safety and help accommodate increasing traffic volumes at the intersection.

During the activation process, there will be a brief period when the signals operate in flashing red mode. While the signals are flashing red, motorists must treat the intersection as a three-way stop and proceed only when it is safe to do so.
