Reminder: 30-Day Assessment Review & Appeal period ends Friday, February 6
The City of Saskatoon reminds property owners that the 2026 Assessment Roll is open for public review until Friday, February 6. This is also the final day to file a formal assessment appeal on your property in 2026. Property owners are encouraged to review the assessment information the City has on file for their property. The 2026 Assessment Roll opened on January 5, 2026.
How to review the 2026 Assessment Roll
- In person: By appointment at City Hall, 222 3rd Avenue North, weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding holidays). Call 306-975-3227 to book.
- Online: Your property’s assessment affects how municipal taxes are shared among property owners. Take time to review your property’s assessed value and check the information on file. If something doesn’t look right, you have until February 6, 2026, to file a formal appeal. Fees apply. You do not need to receive a 2026 Assessment Notice to file an appeal in 2026. The 2026 30-Day Assessment Review and Appeal period opened on January 5, 2026.
