Ruth Street closed at St Henry Avenue starting Thursday

Ruth Street will be closed at St Henry Avenue starting Thursday, October 9, at 10:00 a.m. for construction. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the area. This project is expected to take five days to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
