Saskatoon’s Winter Trails Ready for the Season
Cross Country Ski Trails
Groomed cross country ski trails maintained by the City of Saskatoon are now ready for use at the Upper and Lower Meewasin, Diefenbaker, Victoria and Forest Parks. After completing the main cross country ski trails, the City will begin grooming trails in 14 neighbourhood parks, run in partnership with various Community Associations throughout the city.
Additional ski trails are maintained by Saskatoon Nordic Ski Club, including classic and skate-skiing loops at the Holiday and Wildwood Golf Courses and Kinsmen Park. Visit saskatoonnordicski.ca for more information on these trails.
Visit saskatoon.ca/ski for ski trail locations, etiquette and updates on conditions.
Richard St Barbe Baker Afforestation Area
A new dedicated winter fat bike network is now available on the west side of the Richard St Barbe Baker Afforestation Area. These trails are maintained in a volunteer capacity by the Fatlander Fat Tire Brigade.
Multi-use trails are open year-round for everyone to enjoy. More information and a site map can be found at saskatoon.ca/rsbbaa.
