SHORT LIST OF TEAMS CHOSEN TO BUILD THE NORTH COMMUTER PARKWAY AND NEW TRAFFIC BRIDGE
The City is pleased to announce that based on the results of the Bridging to Tomorrow Request for Qualifications (RFQ), three teams have been chosen to move on to the Request for Proposals (RFP) stage for the North Commuter Parkway and the Traffic Bridge Replacement Project.
“As the project comprises not just the initial design and construction, but the operation and maintenance of the projects for a 30 year term, the RFP is a very comprehensive undertaking,” says Dan Willems, the City’s Bridging to Tomorrow Project Manager. “The successful team from this stage of the procurement process will be chosen to partner with the City on this important project.”
Seven applicant teams responded to the RFQ. Following a comprehensive evaluation of the submissions, the teams that will participate in the RFP process, listed alphabetically, are:
Bridge City Infrastructure Group (Aecon Concessions, Bank of Nova Scotia, CH2M Hill Canada Ltd., Flatiron Constructors Canada Limited, Hatch Mott MacDonald Ltd., Hochtief PPP Solutions North America Inc., P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd., Volker Stevin Highways Ltd.)

Graham Commuter Partners (ASL Paving, BBGI, Buckland & Taylor, Clifton, Gracorp Capital Partners LP, Graham Infrastructure, National Bank Financial, Tetra Tech)
