Various Lorne Avenue closures starting Tuesday

To accommodate road resurfacing work on Lorne Avenue starting Tuesday, June 17, at 7:00 a.m., detours and road restrictions will be in place guiding motorists around the project. Work is expected to take place over six days, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.

Road restrictions will include:

• Lorne Avenue between Taylor Street and 2nd Street on June 17 and 18
• Lorne Avenue between 2nd Street and 4th Street on June 19
• Lorne Avenue between 6th Street and 8th Street on June 20
• Lorne Avenue between 4th Street and 7th Street on June 21 and 22

Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.
