City Council will consider a Discretionary Use application, proposed by Chantel McDougall to operate a Commercial School for up to 30 students and 5 employees at 119 105th Street East, located in the Sutherland Industrial neighbourhood.
The subject site is zoned IH – Heavy Industrial District under Bylaw No. 9990, Zoning Bylaw, 2024. The purpose of the IH district is to facilitate economic development through industrial activities that may have the potential for creating nuisance conditions during the normal course of operations. A Commercial School is a Discretionary Use in the IH District.
