Potential Sale of Municipal Reserve Land – 134 English Crescent
Saskatoon City Council will consider a request to purchase a parcel of Municipal Reserve land at 134 English Crescent proposed by Cross Developments Inc.
Saskatoon City Council will also consider Bylaw No. 10226, The Municipal Reserve Redesignation Bylaw, 2026 at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm., City Council Chambers, City Hall.
Bylaw No. 10226 provides for removal of Municipal Reserve designation from approximately 11.50 acres of land known as Hudson Bay Industria l- MR2.
The removal of the designation will allow for future servicing of the land, as well as uses which do not fall within acceptable uses for Municipal Reserve as defined in The Planning and Development Act, 2007. The existing Municipal Reserve land and amenities would be required to be relocated and developed as a condition of sale.
