Proposed Rezoning – 902 through 938 3rd Avenue North
City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10168, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 9), proposed by Saskatoon Land, for land in City Park.
902 – 938 3rd Avenue North are proposed to be rezoned from M1 – Local Institutional Service District to CR2 – Corridor Residential 2 District.
Legal Description: Lots 34-43, Block 29, Plan 98SA35499 and Lot 15, Block 29, Plan G1322
Civic Addresses: 902, 904, 906, 908, 910, 912, 914, 920, 926, 928, and 938 3rd Avenue N
REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The proposed amendments will implement zoning regulations that are in alignment with planning policy.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to Council at the Public Hearing.
