- Any households who requested a smaller black cart and have not yet received it.
- Please ensure you roll your cart out on collection day and leave it there until 6 p.m.
- Once your smaller cart is received, please store it securely on your property
- Additional cart swap attempts will take place before June 15th so be sure to roll your cart out on your collection day.

- Under normal circumstances, the repair is scheduled for the following day, with water back on within 24-48 hours.
- An emergency water supply trailer will be delivered within 8 hours of outage.
- Affected residents are invited to use the shower facilities at the nearest City leisure centre. Please show proof of address with a drivers license or utility bill for access.
- Repairs are normally scheduled for the following day, with water restored within 48 hours.
- Affected addresses should review their yellow drinking water advisory door hanger. After repair, water should be boiled before consuming until green water advisory lifted door hanger arrives.
