Changes to saskatoon.ca to improve services for customers
The City of Saskatoon has made some updates to our website (saskatoon.ca), making it easier for customers to find information, access services and connect with the City of Saskatoon.
A new menu and search box greets visitors on the saskatoon.ca homepage, connecting customers with the services they want by prompting them with one of six actions. Customers can choose if they would like to:
- Report an issue, such as basement flooding or graffiti
- Apply for various permits, licenses or career opportunities
- Pay for tickets or licenses
- Find items such as their My Utility Account, property assessment and tax tools
- Request services such as a building inspections or tree inspections
- Register for services through Leisure Online or NotifyNow
As part of this update, some bookmarked pages or saved links may no longer work. If a customer sees a “page not found” message or gets redirected, it means that the page has moved. Customers can use the new menu or the search bar to update their bookmarks or saved links.
Customers should note that they will start to receive case identification numbers via email for some form submissions through saskatoon.ca, as this is part of our commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
Any customers who need help can contact the City’s Customer Care team, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 306-975-2476 or by email at customercare@saskatoon.ca.
