New! MyProperty is now available, access official City notices online in one secure place
MyProperty, the City’s new secure online self-service portal, is now available. The launch of MyProperty, a service many residents have requested, is another step in the City’s commitment to continuous improvement and making it easier, more convenient and more accessible to do business with the City of Saskatoon.
MyProperty replaces My Utility Account and, for the first time, introduces optional online access to current and historical property tax and assessment information.
Residents who prefer to continue receiving paper notices do not need to take any action.
It’s easy to get started with MyProperty right from the homepage of saskatoon.ca
Enter your 10-digit personal access code, and details when prompted, to set up your MyProperty account. You will only use this code once, during initial account set-up.
Once your account is created, you can securely access official City information in one convenient location, including property tax and assessment eNotices, eBill utility billing details, SmartUtil and more. Learn more about what you can access and download through MyProperty.
MyProperty 10-digit access codes were sent to residents through several channels:
- On all paper property tax notices mailed in May 2026
- On all paper utility bills since June 2026
- On all electronic eBill notification emails since August 2026
If you want to set up your MyProperty account but cannot locate your access code, please contact Corporate Revenue Customer Service at 306-975-2400 (M to F 8:30am to 4:30pm) or email revenue@saskatoon.ca for assistance.
Key MyProperty sign-in information
MyProperty uses a new public sign-in method that is different from the username-and-password process currently used by other City of Saskatoon online services.
You can choose to receive a one-time verification code by email each time you sign in, or sign in using an existing Google or Apple account.
For existing eBill customers and My Utility Account users:
- MyProperty has replaced My Utility Account and former My Utility Account credentials will not carry over to MyProperty. All services previously available through My Utility Account are now available through MyProperty.
- Existing eBill customers will need to set up a MyProperty account to continue accessing detailed utility billing information.
Looking to access other City of Saskatoon online services?
To help residents reach the correct sign-in method for other online City services they want to use, the previous “Sign-In” option in the top-right banner of the City’s website homepage has been removed.
To access other City online services such as ePermitting or Business Licence Online, continue using your existing username and password. Go directly to the online City service you need, and you will be directed to the appropriate sign-in process.
Reminder: If you use more than one City of Saskatoon online service, you may have different sign-in methods. Visit saskatoon.ca/login-support for helpful information.
