Your 2025 Property Tax payment deadline is today, Monday, June 30

The City of Saskatoon reminds all property owners that today, Monday, June 30, is the final day to pay your 2025 Property Tax without incurring late payment fees. A 1.75% monthly compounded late fee will apply to any unpaid taxes after today’s due date.
Here are your property tax payment options:
- Online Banking: Pay through your bank’s online payment system. Note: most banks require up to 2 business days to process payments – some may take longer. The City is not responsible for bank-related delays.
- In-person at City Hall: Pay by cheque, cash or debit until 5:00 p.m. today at City Hall. Note: If paying by debit at City Hall on June 30, ensure your daily payment withdrawal limit is sufficient – contact your bank in advance if needed.
- At Your Financial Institution: Most banks accept property tax payments. Note: most banks require up to 2 business days to process payments – some may take longer. The City is not responsible for bank-related delays.
- City Hall Drop Boxes: Drop off cheques only (no cash) at City Hall, 222-3rd Avenue North:
- outside the main entrance
- inside the lobby
