City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10161, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No.4), and Bylaw No. 10162, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No.7), proposed by Silverstone Development Ltd. for 133 108th Street West, located in the Sutherland neighbourhood.
133 108th Street West is proposed to be redesignated from ‘Low Density Residential’ to ‘Medium Density Residential’ on the Official Community Plan Land Use Map, and rezoned from R2 – Low Density Residential District 2 to RM3 – Medium Density Multiple-Unit Dwelling (MUD) District.
