City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10192, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 16), proposed by Saskatoon Land, for land in Brighton.
403 – 435 Cowessess Terrace are proposed to be rezoned from R2 – Low Density Residential District 2 to R1B – Low Density Residential District 1B.

Civic Addresses: 403, 407, 411, 415, 419, 423, 427, 431, 435 Cowessess Terrace
REASON FOR THE AMENDMENT – The proposed amendments will implement zoning regulations that are in alignment with planning policy.

PUBLIC HEARING – City Council will consider this matter at the Public Hearing meeting on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Council Chamber, City Hall, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. You may make a written submission and/or speak to Council at the Public Hearing.
