Boychuk Investments Ltd. has applied to rezone lands adjacent to Rosewood Drive and Mazurek Crescent, as shown on the map below. The area subject to the proposed rezoning has also been outlined in the Rosewood Neighbourhood Concept Plan map in the Amendment Area tab.
The subject parcel is currently undeveloped and zoned R1A - One-Unit Residential District. The applicant has proposed to rezone the parcel from R1A to R2 - One and Two-Unit Residential District.
The purpose of the R2 District is to provide for residential development in the form of one and two-unit dwellings as well as related community uses.
The subject parcel has been designated Single Family under the Rosewood Neighbourhood Concept Plan. The proposed zoning district aligns with the approved Concept Plan.
