- The fire has been completely extinguished.
- A search confirmed all occupants safely evacuated.

Structure Fire in Corman Park

- The fire has been completely extinguished.
- There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.

Firefighters found heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof of the home
Crews advanced hose lines to apply water to the home. The home was damaged by the fire, causing the roof to collapse, and it was unsafe for crews to enter. All occupants evacuated safely.
Commercial Structure Fire - 500 Block of 48th Street East

- Firefighters observed smoke coming from a closed overhead garage door on a commercial structure
Firefighters had to cut a fence to a compound at the rear of the building to gain access, then used forcible entry tools to get into the building.
Fire crews found smoke and flames once inside.
Crews advanced a hose line to apply water to the fire while another crew entered the building to search and confirm no occupants remained inside.
Fire crews set up large fans to remove any lingering smoke and toxins from the building.

Structure fire – 100 block of Ave V South

- Firefighters observed smoke and flames coming from a single family house
Crews advanced hose lines to apply water to the fire on the exterior of the house.
The house appeared to be boarded up, but multiple reports came in stating that up to 3 people could be inside living there and are unaccounted for.
Fire crew observed smoke and flame inside the structure in multiple areas.
Fire crews forced entry into the house to search and confirmed no occupants remained inside, while putting out fire at the same time.
Fire crews set up large fans to remove any lingering smoke and toxins from the building.

Vehicle Fire - Saskatoon Airport
January 24, 2026 - 9:21 pm
- Firefighters observed a light duty truck fully involved in Saskatoon Airport parking.
- Multiple callers including STARS personnel reported a truck on fire at airport.
- Bystanders attempted to extinguish with portable fire extinguishers.
Fire crews quickly extinguished the truck and kept fire spreading to adjacent vehicles.
- The fire has been completely extinguished.
- There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
- The scene was turned over to Saskatoon Police Service for further investigation.
