Garage Fire - 700 block of 12th ST E

Firefighters arrived on scene and found a detached garage fully involved with fire. Heavy flame was threatening the house and adjacent exposures.
Crews aggressively launched a defensive attack applying water to the garage while protecting exposures. Fire crews contained flames to the structure of origin and quickly gained an under control. Crews searched the structure to confirm no occupants remained inside.

- Crews advanced a hose line to apply water the exterior fire while another crew entered the building to search and confirm no occupants remained inside.
- Fire crews advanced multiple hose lines to extinguish both the exterior fire and the fire that extended to the attic area of the house
- The fire has been completely extinguished.

Firefighters observed smoke and flames coming from the rear of the house and backyard
Structure Fire - 2600 Block of Eastview

On arrival Firefighters observed smoke exiting upstairs bedroom. It was reported that all occupants safely evacuated the building and accounted were accounted for.
Incident Command began tasking tactical assignments, firefighters entered structure and advanced hose lines to initiate an interior attack while others crews started a primary search to confirm no occupants remained inside. The fire was brought under control shortly after suppression operations started. The fire was extinguished and no extension was found, structure was ventilated of toxic gases and air quality tested. Crews began decontamination processes to minimize risk reduction.

Firefighters observed smoke and heavy flames coming from the roof of both houses.
Crews advanced multiple hose lines to extinguish the fire from the exterior of both houses.

All occupants were safely out of the houses
