Motor Vehicle Accident - Highway 219 and Township Road 352

- The scene was turned over to Police for further investigation.
First arriving crews found a two-vehicle collision.
Crews blocked traffic from both directions.
Visibility was extremely poor due to heavy fog.
Crews checked both vehicles and determined extrication was needed to remove one patient from a Grand Caravan.
Crews used hydraulic tools to remove part of the vehicle and extricated the patient.
The patient was turned over to Medavie for transport to hospital.
Garage fire - 200 Block Ave. P N.

- The fire has been completely extinguished.
- There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
- A fire investigator is on scene to conduct an examination to identify the cause, origin and damage estimate.

Crews advanced hose lines to mount an interior attack.
A search confirmed there were no occupants in the garage.
Garage fire 100 block 23rd Street West

- Firefighters observed smoke and flames coming from a detached garage.
- Crews advanced a hose line to apply water the exterior fire while another crew entered the building to search and confirm no occupants remained inside.
- The fire has been completely extinguished.
- A search confirmed all occupants safely evacuated.
- There were no injuries to civilians or firefighters.
- A fire investigator is on scene to conduct an examination to identify the cause, origin and damage estimate.
Structure fire - Firefighters rescue 2 occupants

Firefighters received reports of possible people still inside.
Firefighters advanced hose lines and entered the building to search for occupants inside.
Two occupants were located and evacuated by firefighters.
Fire Paramedics attended to the two occupants and then transferred them to ambulance crews for further care.
Firefighters extinguished the fire and checked for further hot spots.
Fire crews set up large fans to remove any lingering smoke and toxins from the structure.

Firefighters observed smoke and fire coming from a home on the 3100 block of Milton St.
Backhoe loader accident - 500 block of 50th St E
August 28, 2025 - 9:44 pm
- The scene was turned over to Police for further investigation.
Firefighters observed a Backhoe Loader on its side with fluids leaking from it.
Firefighters ensured the area was safe.
Firefighters found the lone occupant had already exited the Backhoe, firefighters assisted the ambulance with patient care and loading patient into an ambulance.
Firefighters cleaned up fluids.
