New online option to property tax notices and more coming fall 2026
The City of Saskatoon is preparing to launch MyProperty this fall. MyProperty is a new online service option that will give residents a convenient way to view, download and manage property tax and assessment notices, utility billing and other services in one secure location.
Property owners will find a unique access code printed on page one of their 2026 Property Tax notice. Those who prefer online access should keep this code to create a MyProperty account when the service launches. Paper notices will continue for residents who prefer them.
