2024 Civic Election: Wondering who is running and want to learn more about them? Candidate profiles now online

Wondering about who is running for your local government leadership in Saskatoon’s 2024 Civic Election on November 13? Want to learn more about them, how to contact them or review what their platform is?
Candidate profiles for Saskatoon’s next mayor, city councillors, and public and separate school board trustees are now available online at saskatoon.ca/candidateprofiles.

Information on the candidate profile page was provided directly by candidates who submitted and has not been altered or edited by Elections Saskatoon staff. The Returning Officer, Elections Saskatoon, and the Saskatoon Public School and Greater Saskatoon Catholic School divisions are not responsible for verifying or investigating the accuracy of any information provided by a candidate.

Meadows Parkway closed between Meadows Boulevard and Taylor Street starting Wednesday

Meadows Parkway will be closed between Meadows Boulevard and Taylor Street starting Wednesday, October 16, at 7:00 a.m. for construction. Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the work zone. This project is expected to take ten days to complete, weather permitting and barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Saskatoon Transit may be affected by these detours. Transit service alerts and real-time bus information are available on third-party apps like Transit and Google Maps Transit on desktop.

Feheregyhazi Boulevard will be closed between Orban Way and Forsey Avenue starting Wednesday, October 16, at 12:00 p.m. for housing development. Bus service to Blades vs Pats

Direct service from the Special Events Stop (23rd Street and 2nd Avenue) to see the Saskatoon Blades take on the Regina Pats at SaskTel Centre on Tuesday, October 15 at 7:00 p.m., is available at the following times:
Post-event drop-off is at the downtown terminal and regular fares apply ($3.00 per trip). Fare can be purchased on your mobile phone using either the TGo or transit app, transfers and passes are also accepted. Typically, buses arrive onsite 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
