An application has been made by Dwight Short to amend Schedule B – District Land Use Map of Bylaw No. 9720, known as the Saskatoon North Partnership for Growth (P4G) District Official Community Plan (OCP). The proposed amendment includes a change of land use from ‘Urban Commercial/Industrial’ to ‘Recreation, Parks and Culture.’

Saskatoon Land is tendering a property for purchase under the Property Under the Tax Enforcement Act. The property is located at 430 Wakabayashi Cres in the Silverwood Heights neighbourhood.

City Council will consider Bylaw No. 10222, The Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 7) and Bylaw No.10223, The Zoning Amendment Bylaw, 2026 (No. 26), proposed by the City of Saskatoon, for land in Pleasant Hill neighbourhood.

City Council will consider proposed amendments to Bylaw No. 9990, Zoning Bylaw, 2024. The proposed amendments include housekeeping items and minor amendments to support effective implementation of the Zoning Bylaw.
