Water treatment program accepting applications for January 2024 intake
The kanātan nipīy (water is clean) Water Distribution & Collection Training Course is delivering its next session between January 29 and March 29, 2024. Applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
This course is just 9 weeks long and it provides the training needed to work in water and wastewater treatment—including at the City of Saskatoon where 13 of the 29 program graduates have found employment. The course content and delivery are coordinated by Saskatchewan Polytechnic and the Radius Community Centre.

This program was developed in response to the TRC Call to Action to provide pathways to employment for Indigenous learners. As such, admission preference is given to Indigenous applicants. Funding supports may be available for persons qualifying through referral by program partners including the Saskatoon Tribal Council and Gabriel Dumont Institute.
