Nearby poperty owners and interested parties are invited to review a proposed discretionary use. Stewart Properties Holdings and Sanctum Care Group have submitted a discretionary use application in order to develop a Boarding House with a maximum of 10 boarders in a new building at 131-133 Avenue O South.
The purpose of the meeting is to provide neighbouring residents and property owners the opportunity to find out the details of the proposal, and for the applicant to obtain public input on this matter.
