Estimated time of water restore:

Under normal circumstances, the repair is scheduled for the following day, with water back on within 24-48 hours.

Alternate water supply:

An emergency water supply trailer will be delivered within 8 hours of outage. Affected residents are invited to use the shower facilities at the nearest City leisure centre. Please show proof of address with a drivers license or utility bill for access.

Repair schedule:

Repairs are normally scheduled for the following day, with water restored within 48 hours.

Drinking water advisory:

Affected addresses should review their yellow drinking water advisory door hanger. After repair, water should be boiled before consuming until green water advisory lifted door hanger arrives.

Sikh Parade (Nagar Kirtan)

Route Detour :

Due to Sikh Parade from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday May 26, a portion of Route 7 will be on detour. Customers may use bus stops on Route 63 as an alternative to those stops on Route 7 that have been affected in the Dundonald area.
 
Alternative bus stops on Route 63 include:

McClocklin / McKague eastbound, Stop ID: 5552
